The founder of Personage Empower has spent more than 34 years living and working across Iran, Canada, and the United States. One thing became very clear: strong communities are built when people support one another.
Rebuilding Local Connection in a Changing World
Personage Empower was born from a simple but powerful observation: as the world has become more advanced, people have become more disconnected. For decades, communities were built around human relationships. Neighbors knew one another. Local shop owners recognized the families they served.
Inspired by more than 34 years of living and working across Iran, Canada, and the United States.

Artificial intelligence, automation, self-driving technology, and rapid industrial change are reshaping the future of work. Many people are worried about what will happen to their jobs, their parents, their children, and their communities.
Drivers may be replaced by autonomous vehicles. Office workers may face automation. Retirees are struggling with rising costs. Single mothers and families under financial pressure may not know where their next opportunity will come from.
Personage Empower believes communities should not wait until these challenges become overwhelming. Every city and neighborhood should begin building local economic resilience now.
We do not simply tell people 'Make something and try to sell it.' A product must have a real path to market. A person's effort must connect to actual local demand.
If that demand does not already exist, Personage Empower works to help create new demand through education, storytelling, local partnerships, and community awareness.
The goal is not just production. The goal is meaningful production that can lead to real sales, real income, and real local impact.
We want people to produce things their own city can value, buy, use, and celebrate. Products made with attention, love, and purpose — not only through large-scale industrial systems.
Our Mission
Our mission is to create a resilient community ecosystem that connects four essential groups: Home-Based Producers, Local Businesses, Strategic Supporters, and The Local Community.
Producers
Businesses
Residents
Supporters
EMPOWER
City Residents are the fourth group and the strongest force of support in the ecosystem. ★
Personage Empower acts as the bridge between these groups. We help identify real local demand, guide people toward products that can actually sell, connect producers with local businesses, and create visibility and trust through recognition, certificates, badges, and community participation.
We help reduce financial pressure while restoring purpose, dignity, belonging, and emotional well-being. We want older adults to feel productive, appreciated, and connected.
We create practical pathways to earn and participate locally, so families under financial pressure can find opportunity close to home.
When people lose work because of technology or industry changes, they should not feel abandoned. They should be able to turn to their community and find support, guidance, and a path forward.
Families worried about the future and young people unsure of what careers will remain deserve a community strong enough to balance the impact of change.
Prosperity should be shared, local, and human.
People deserve work with dignity, and communities deserve resilience.
When local producers, local businesses, strategic supporters, and city residents work together, a community becomes stronger, more resilient, and more hopeful.

I have spent a lifetime creating jobs and helping people earn income. Personage Empower is my commitment to continue that mission on a deeper level — by building ecosystems where people, families, and communities can rise together.
Prosperity for All
Personage Empower is not just a marketplace. It is a movement to rebuild local trust, strengthen neighborhood economies, and create a more human future.
